Statistics shown based on a short survey, a majority of kinesiology students, in KIN 250, at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, did not use pre-workout when they went to workout at the gym. However, they believed that most people are dependent on pre-workout for those who use it. The kinesiology students that did take pre-workout, did not consume it as frequently as expected. 54% of those surveyed took pre-workout 1-3 times a week.
Pre-workout has become more popular in today’s society, but it’s not something everyone is taking. It’s always best to know the product before consuming. So “Scoop” carefully!
